1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the jili.wim website located at jiliwim.net and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered by jili.wim ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on the jili.wim platform, you ("the User," "you," or "your") unconditionally accept these Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document on the jili.wim platform, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

jili.wim reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the jili.wim platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. jili.wim strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years old in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jili.wim, or an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jili.wim platform for any reason.
6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

jili.wim reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the jili.wim platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. jili.wim will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You must notify jili.wim immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jili.wim may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate any account that it reasonably believes has been compromised or is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

Account verification ("KYC") is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. jili.wim reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the jili.wim platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jili.wim supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your jili.wim wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. jili.wim is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. jili.wim targets a processing time of under 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts; bank transfer withdrawals may take two to six hours. These are target times and are not guaranteed.

Anti-Money Laundering: jili.wim complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures, including requests for source-of-funds documentation. jili.wim reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.

Funds deposited into your jili.wim wallet are held for gaming purposes only. jili.wim does not pay interest on wallet balances. Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month, deducted from the wallet balance, after 30 days' written notice to the registered email address.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jili.wim offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and event-based promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in the individual promotion terms) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

jili.wim reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, or abuse of multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jili.wim platform operate in accordance with their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your device and the result recorded on jili.wim's servers, the server record shall be the definitive and binding result.

jili.wim uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games. RNG systems are subject to independent periodic audits. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published in the game information section for all RNG-based games.

Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical means (cards, wheels, dice) and are streamed in real time. jili.wim is not responsible for interruptions to live game streams caused by network issues on the user's end. If a live game session is interrupted due to a technical fault on jili.wim's side, the hand or round in progress will be resolved in accordance with the applicable game rules and, where resolution is not possible, bets will be refunded.

Malfunction voids all pays and plays. jili.wim reserves the right to void any bet or game result that it reasonably determines was affected by a technical error, software malfunction, or human error.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jili.wim platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts (bonus abuse, chip dumping, or any form of collusion).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to jili.wim immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the jili.wim platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or jili.wim staff through any communication channel.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your jili.wim account.

8. Responsible Gaming

jili.wim is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to help users manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account dashboard.
• Session Timers: Configure session duration alerts to track time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the jili.wim platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jili.wim platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the property of jili.wim or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jili.wim platform without prior written consent from jili.wim.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jili.wim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jili.wim's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jili.wim wallet in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jili.wim does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Privacy & Data

jili.wim collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments

jili.wim reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under applicable local law.
